Buzzword Bingo is a light-hearted game that can be played during conferences. Bingo squares are based on overused business jargon and we hope by poking a little fun at these words will bring a smile to your next meeting.
- Each participant gets their own bingo card
- The game is played individually (i.e. one participant interacts with their own card and there is no interruption/ visible difference for anyone else in the conference)
- Players manually select the buzzwords
Who can play Buzzword Bingo?
If the conference organizer has Buzzword Bingo enabled, it will be visible for all participants on the call. The game will be playable by all participants, but no one can see eachother playing.
Buzzword Bingo is available to UC Free and Paid users.
How to play Buzzword Bingo?
Start playing by selecting the game icon on the left hand menu area in the conference room. As “buzzwords” are mentioned during a conference call, users select them from their bingo card. Once they get 3 in a row, they get a Bingo.
Players can play however many times they link during a call.
How to disable Buzzword Bingo?
Account admins of UC Business accounts can enable/disable access to Buzzword Bingo for their end users in the team area within settings.
At the user level (users of UC Business and UC Free), can enable/disable Buzzword Bingo in their settings.
Users can also disable Buzzword Bingo from inside their conference, within the Buzzword Bingo card. Note that this will only apply to future conferences. To disable, the organizer clicks the gear icon and toggles off Buzzword Bingo.
How to share Buzzword Bingo on Twitter?
Once you've get Bingo you can share directly to Twitter without interrupting your conference.
