Organizers can record a call in one of two ways: through the web or over the phone.
Keep in mind that UberConference only records your conference audio, not your screen share. It's also important to note that at least 2 people must remain connected to audio or nothing will be recorded.
Let's take a look at recording a conference in UberConference.
Record a Call via Web
From an active conference, navigate to Organizer Controls and select Record Call.
If you're already recording the conference, select Stop Recording and UberConference turn off audio recording from that point.
When a conference is being recorded, all Participants are alerted through an on-screen notification as well as an audio message.
Record a Call via Phone
To record a call over a phone:
- Organizer joins active call
- Organizer waits for first Participant to join call
- Organizer or Participant presses 00 to start recording
- Automated message alerts Participants call is being recorded
The Organizer can end the recording either by pressing 00 again or simply by ending the conference.
