Organizers can mute all Participants, mute an individual Participant, or mute themselves. UberConference automatically mutes the 5th (and beyond) Participant who joins via computer only.
Let's take a look at muting Participants in UberConference.
Mute All Participants
From an active conference, navigate to Organizer Controls and select Mute All.
Participants already in the conference are muted, and any future Participants who join will be muted upon arrival. Return to this menu to unmute all Participants, too.
Keep in mind that 'Mute All' only applies to Participants using a computer. Participants using a phone to dial-in (PSTN) will not be muted; these Participants must use their device's own mute button.
Mute Individual Participant or Yourself
From an active conference, select the Microphone icon on a Participant card. Do this again to unmute, too.
If you'd like to mute or unmute yourself, the Organizer or Participant card for your name offers the same functionality. You'll also find the Microphone icon in the control panel at the bottom of your screen.
