UberConference's iOS app's current version is v3.4.0. To verify you are on the most updated version navigate to Settings and scroll down, the version number will be above "Help".
Install and Launch
Download the iOS app. The app is compatible with iOS7 and above.
Open up the app and choose between:
- Logging in with Google / Office 365 / LinkedIn SSO
- Logging in with your email and password
- Creating a new UberConference account
After you've logged in you will be prompted to choose the country you are in:
Once your country is chosen you will then be navigated to the Main Dashboard.

Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll automatically be pulled into your main dashboard. Just like on the web, you'll see the option to start or join a conference and share your conference info.
Join Someone Elses' Call
To join someone else’s call:
- Tap on Join Another Call on your home page
- Enter the username of your Organizer
- Tap Join Conference
- Choose between HD and Carrier Calling
- If prompted, enter a Participant PIN
To exit the call, tap on the End Call icon at the bottom of your screen.
Start a conference
To start your own conference:
- Tap Start Conference
- Select HD Call or Carrier Call
- Enter conference PIN (if required)
- (Carrier only) Navigate back & open your UberConference app

Invite Participants
By default, we’ll display all the contacts that you have saved on your phone as well as in UberConference. Either scroll through the displayed list or tap on the avatar icon to select Recent or Frequent.
Tap on a name to display the invite options: either by phone and/or email.
Once you’ve selected all your Participants, tap Start> HD Call or Carrier Call
Inviting on an Active Conference
To invite Participants to an already active conference, follow these steps:
- Select More>Add Participant from your active conference screen
- Follow the steps outlined above to add your Participants
Scheduling a Conference
Schedule a conference call straight from your phone. Here's how:
- Tap the three bar menu on your Main Dashboard>Conferences
- Tap the + to schedule a new conference
Just like on the web, Organizers can adjust conference details like Participants, date, time, and whether the meeting is recurring or not (UberConference Business).

Both Organizers and Participants have access to certain call controls. Here's a breakdown of the controls available to each:

While on a call you Mute, Speaker and End Call will actively display at the bottom of the screen, with Participants list, Chat underneath:
To access the additional conference controls tap the "More" button next to chat (underneath End Call):
Conference Settings
While you're able to adjust your conference settings via the web at any time, we also give you the option to make these changes right from your iOS app.
Just tap the settings icon on your conference dashboard then Settings to view/edit info and settings like:
- Your UberConference Profile (if not synced with Dialpad)
- Conference URL
- Hold Music
- Time Zone
- Conference Notifications
View Upcoming and Past Conferences
Need to take a quick look ahead to next week's meetings? View both upcoming and past conference right within the app. Here's how:
- Tap the Conference icon on your Main Dashboard
- Toggle between History and Upcoming to view your conference info
